Appointment Booking Process

  • Step 1 – Inquiry

    • Client contacts via Instagram, WhatsApp, website, or phone with details:

    • Event date(s)

    • Location

    • Services needed (makeup, hairstyling, saree draping, etc.)

  • Step 2 – Availability Check

    • we will confirm if the date/time is available.

  • Step 3 – Consultation (Optional but Recommended) - 15mins

    • Discuss preferred look, skin type, allergies, style inspiration.

    • Discuss package options and prices.

    • Address any questions.

  • Step 4 – Advance Payment

    • 30% non-refundable advance to confirm booking.

    • Payment modes: bank transfer, zelle etc.

  • Step 5 – Confirmation 

    • we will share your confirmation (message/email) along with below details once your booking is processed.​

    • Date & time of appointment

    • Services booked

    • Advance received

    • Balance payment details

  • Step 6 – Pre-Event Reminders

    • Send reminder 1 week before event.

    • Share skin/hair prep tips for best results.

  • Step 7 – Event Day Execution

    • Arrive at the agreed location & time.

    • Complete the services as per agreed plan.

    • Receive the balance payment.

    • Send payment received confirmation.​

Bridal Appointment FAQs

How early should I book my bridal appointment?

We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 3 - 6 months in advance, especially during peak wedding seasons.

What is a consultation and why do I need one?

Consultation: A quick call to discuss your desired look, skin type, and any preferences. It ensures your desired look is personalized, and exactly what you envision.

 

Do you offer a bridal trial?

Absolutely. We recommend scheduling a trial 1–2 months before your wedding to discuss your desired look, test products, and ensure satisfaction. Please note that trial appointments are charged separately.

 

Should I share inspirational photos before my appointment?

Yes, please! Sharing reference images ahead of time allows us to focus your appointment on creating your chosen look instead of browsing for ideas.

 

How much time do you need on the wedding day?

We reserve two hours for the bride. Wedding party services typically take 30 minutes per person.

 

What should I do to prepare for my bridal appointment?

For makeup, arrive with a clean, moisturized face and have any inspiration photos ready. For hairstyling, hair should be clean and completely dry.

 

What if I need to cancel or reduce the number of services?

Cancellations can be made at any time; however, fees may apply depending on timing.

 

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability, and deposits or fees may apply depending on timing.

 

Are saree draping and saree pre-pleating charged separately?

Yes — each service requires different techniques and time, so separate charges apply.
